Leigh Holland was "assigned" to us from Zillow. We did not know her but we decided we would take the chance. We did not regret it. Leigh Holland was great to work with. She was very responsive to our questions and needs. She helped us understand the current market and what might be realistic in a negotiation. When things from the seller's side were less than typical, she helped the process get to the point of sale. We would call Leigh Holland again and would feel comfortable recommending her. She helped us find a competent inspector and successfully negotiate a discount on the home.
